[WIN32] s2s not working due to DNS resolve problem

Description

As shown in the trace, the dns resolver doesn't work properly. The DNS server doesn't seem to be the problem, as everything else works with it.

That's the error I get in the s2s.log: [notice] dns lookup for witbw549 failed

I use this win32 version: jabberd-2.2svn
